New Studio Flat with AC, Marylebone

Apartment stay in London Positive: Staff and apartment room was huge surprise it was so big and modern. Only stayed 3 nights and could have stayed longer. Apartment was great value for money. Negative: The iron in the room needs to be cleaned, it left black mark on white pants.

الاقامة جيدة جداً ،، بستثناء المبلغ الاضافي لتنظيف الغرفه اللذي لم يتم الاتفاق عليه ولم يتم حله مع خدمة عملاء بوكينج Positive: قرب الفندق من الاكسفورد والسيلفرج والهايدبارك لطف الموظفين Mr.Hussain & Mr. Uggal and Nirmal فقط Negative: الممر المؤدي اللغرفة في البيسمنت يحتاج الى تهويه او معطر عن رائحة الرطوبة. تم طلب مبلغ اضافي غير متفق عليه اثناء الحجز وذلك مقابل تنظيف الغرفه وتغيير المناشف، ومن المفترض يكون الحجز عبر بوكينج شامل التنظيف. وعند مناقشة خدمة العملاء لبوكينج لم يرد على استفساري برد شافي وهو غير مرضي لي ابداً .
