Misleading information to insure you book then your on your own with your bags Positive: The only thing nice about this place is the location and spacious apartment. Other than that, very poor customer service Negative: There is no elevator to take you to your apartment (3rd floor). The facility owner said there is 24 hour porters to carry your luggage and shopping bags. But in reality since check-in the staff were implying many times they want us to help in carrying the bags until we refused. Once we did refuse they took about an hour to bring the bags up in check-in (only one employee). And when checking out they are used to people being in rush to catch their flight so they take their bags down themselves but since our flight was at night we were okay with waiting so they were procrastinating taking our bags down so we will be bored and take it down our selves. They took exactly 90 mins to take them down, he would take one then walk around and come back every 10 mins to take the next (my family was in the lobby seeing this).

Positive: Great location and huge apartment Negative: The stairs are a bit of a killer after a Long day walking.
