Situation exceptionelle et grand confort Positive: La situation exceptionnelle, le calme du quartier, la proximité avec les restaurants et les transports, le confort et l'espace général de l'appartement. Negative: Gestion des luminaires avec trop de boutons, certains "bruits" inexplicable, les voisins qui marchent beaucoup sur le parquet ancien.
