Positive: Location, clean and have all the necessary thing that the tourist may need. الموقع ممتاز، والمكان نظيف، ويحتوي على جميع الأشياء الضرورية التي قد يحتاجها السائح Negative: Its without elevator (left)😭💔 really had a difficult time heading to the apartment every day 2-3 times. I may not choose it again because of this reason. We had really tough time about this mattar. Hope the administration will think to have an elevator in the building. Its really affecting the hotel/apartment in a very bad way. المكان بدون مصعد 😭💔، وبصراحة واجهنا صعوبة كبيرة في الصعود إلى الشقة كل يوم، من مرتين إلى ثلاث مرات. وقد لا أختاره مرة أخرى لهذا السبب. لقد عانينا كثيرًا بسبب هذا الأمر، وأتمنى أن تفكر الإدارة في تركيب مصعد في المبنى، لأن عدم وجوده يؤثر بشكل كبير وسلبي جدًا على تجربة الإقامة في الفندق/الشقق

Great location. Restaurants, coffee shops and stores near by. Took a walk in Hyde Park daily through the Marble Arch. The central air conditioning was marvelous during this hot London summer. Generous space. We had 7 adults and fit well (3 king size beds and a pull out couch). Front desk met all our needs quickly. Be aware, as in the description, it is fourth floor, no lift.

it was a lovely stay. Positive: The aprt was clean and spacious. Thanks to the lovely folks there who were really kind. Negative: The only bother was the stairs, up to the 4th floor, with the last two flights being quite narrow. It would’ve been grand to have a phone in the aprt to get in touch with reception.
