Overall, I had a good stay and I really appreciated the kindness and behavior of the staff. However, despite all the pos Positive: The location was very good and the staff were kind and friendly. Negative: Unfortunately, the bathroom had a very poor design, especially the toilet area, which was uncomfortable even for a small child to use properly. Also, the so-called gym was extremely disappointing in terms of room size and exercise equipment. The washing machine was very old and difficult to understand or operate properly. The coffee machine was the same as well.

Don’t book this place it is awful Positive: The location Negative: Everything else staff are not helpful, it is not clean, the apartments and hotel are run down, very bad smell that doesn’t go away, they started renovation in the middle of our stay we couldn’t sleep and the removed all the furniture from reception. One of the worst hotels in central London
