Size and space good. Took 24 hours to resolve and clean up a Plumbing issue. Stayed 11 nights and unable to wash towels in small washing machine/dryer combo. Unit in basement with very small steep stairs to climb to get in and out. Location was convenient to Tube station and mass transit stops and Taxis.

Positive: Apartment was large and comfortable, very convenient location, friendly staff Negative: Accessibility was poor for our handicapped friend so we had to reserve an extra hotel room. Crowd of folks leaving the pub were very loud outside our window for several hours one night.
