Very good location, lots of space. Air conditioning worked well.Most of the rooms smelled rather smoky or musty. One bathroom had loose tile and wet floor by toilet. Not enough remote controls for all the rooms, and could not figure out how to turn off two lights.

Positive: The location was very convenient, close to Marble Arch stop, Hyde Park, restaurants and convenience stores. We were in London during a heat wave and the AC worked well. We didn't use the kitchen for cooking, but it was helpful to have a large refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. Staff were very friendly. Negative: A few minor repairs are needed in the apartment and it's a little dark because it is a basement/garden apartment, but we were not there all day.
