Good location, Booking.com listing made it appear better value for money than it is. Positive: Location was good for walking - close to Marble Arch tube station, Hyde Park. Good quality refrigerator, airconditioning units and washing machine. Negative: This part of London has become more dirty and felt less safe than when we visited 3 years which was a real shame. The photos on Booking.com exaggerated the condition of the property. It is cramped with a musty feel. 4 flights of stairs to climb. The balcony was not clean, had rubbish. The reception of the hotel was pretty unfriendly and again a damp, dark feel. We have stayed in London a number of times and appreciate that accommodation in London is expensive. However, I would recommend paying a little more and staying somewhere nicer.

Londra magnifica Positive: L'appartamento è al terzo piano di una tipica casa inglese, le chiavi si ritirano al Leonard Hotel e gli appartamenti si trovano nella strada parallela proprio di fronte a Oxford street, posizione eccellente per tanti bus e la tube Marble Arch, ma c'è poca scelta di ristoranti e pub nelle vicinanze. l'appartamento è ristrutturato nuovo, c'è la moquette in tutte le stanze, la cucina è attrezzata di tutto, abbiamo utilizzato solo la macchina del caffè. le camere hanno il bagno privato ma gli infissi sono vecchi e passa molta aria, c'era il termosifone ma in bagno era veramente freddo. letto comodo molto ampio. Negative: essendo al terzo piano vi sono numerose rampe per un totale di 50 gradini. infissi non stabili con vetro rotto coperto da un foglio.

The apartment seemed to be part of a hotel so there was no personal cozy elements but more of a hotel environment. It was well equipped and the perfect location. I have no concern recommending to anyone. Note that there are approximately 50 stairs to climb, however, the hotel staff assisted with carrying the suitcases. ENJOY!
