Positive: Good location- 6 people stayed in 2 bed apartment (meant for 6) Negative: Sofa bed was uncomfortable.

Perfect location and accommodation in London Positive: Perfect location, the Apartment was very comfortable with 2 bedrooms with ensuite shower and toilet, a kitchen with all appliances and a living room. Service from the Hotel was excellent. Would definitely recommend it and stay there again Negative: There was nothing we didn’t like

Let me first start by saying that the communication with the owner was fantastic. They responded to our needs very quickly, which was appreciated.The apartment is rundown. We understand that these are old buildings in central London, however, the furnishings were all broken, dirty, and needed to be replaced. It looks like the bathroom had been remodeled somewhat recently. The drain clogged in the shower, but they were quick to repair that.The space is OK. There are two twins or a king bed in one bedroom and a king bed and the other with a pullout couch. The pullout couch was rough, I can’t imagine sleeping on it,It’s old and gross.The pictures look like they may have been taken 10 years ago and this rental has taken a beating since then. I feel like we overpaid for what we got. I think if they could replace all of the light fixtures, beds, bedding, this place could be five stars. All the lampshades were broken, and the furniture was very beat up and the curtains hanging on the window were disgusting and need to be replaced. There are also broken windows so you can hear the noise outside very easily because they don’t close well. We did not cook in this apartment, so I can’t speak to the appliances, but the refrigerator kept our water cold.
